  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, website, industry, timezone, and other details you provide during registration or profile setup.
  • Business profile data: WhatsApp Business display name, profile picture, address, business description, and category information you choose to sync through Meta’s Cloud API.
  • Contact and conversation data: phone numbers, contact names, message content, opt-in status, tags, and conversation metadata processed through your connected WhatsApp Business Account.
  • Usage and analytics data: log data, IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage statistics.
  • Payment information: billing details managed by our payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the TIZYY platform and its features.
  • Send, receive, and manage WhatsApp messages on your behalf through the Meta Cloud API.

Data sharing and subprocessors

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: to send and receive messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to Meta’s Business Tools Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

  • Analytics and communication tools: to understand usage and respond to support requests.

All subprocessors are contractually bound to use data only for the purpose of providing services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.
